- Current provider and plan
- Billing charges breakdown
- Contract details (end date, termination fee)
Your uploaded bill file is automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing.
Contact Information
If you choose to switch plans through our service, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Consent timestamp
Usage Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This includes pages visited, time on site, and device information. No personally identifiable information is tied to analytics data.
How We Use Your Information
- Bill analysis: To extract usage data and generate plan recommendations
- Lead submission: If you opt to switch plans, we share your contact information and usage data with our partner brokers
- Service improvement: Anonymized usage patterns help us improve our models
- Communication: To respond to support requests or send your analysis results
Information Sharing
We share information with:
- Partner brokers: Only when you explicitly consent to switch plans. Includes your contact info, ESI ID, usage data, and recommended plan.
- AI/LLM providers: We use third-party AI services (currently Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to parse and analyze your uploaded bills. Your bill data — including personal information it contains — is transmitted to these providers for processing. These providers may process, store, or use submitted data in accordance with their own terms of service and privacy policies, which may include using data for model training or improvement. We do not control how these providers handle data once transmitted. See our Terms of Service for full details.
- Other service providers: Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (file storage), Resend (email). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.
We never sell your personal information to third parties. We never share your information with advertisers.
Data Retention
- Uploaded bill files: Deleted within 24 hours
- Analysis results: Retained for 90 days, then anonymized or deleted
- Lead data: Retained for 2 years for compliance and dispute resolution
- Analytics: Aggregated data retained indefinitely
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including:
- TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Encryption at rest for stored data
- Access controls and audit logging
- Regular security assessments
